As many of you have probably already figured out, the new Trash Collection company does NOT have the same procedure for collection of tree branches. I called and this is the information I was given:
Branches must be bundled together with rope. They must be no longer that 4ft and each bunglr can wweigh no more than 40 lbs. They will only collect 10 items per week from each residence, this includes trash cans and your recycle container. If you have more they will collect 10 and leave the rest!! If you require special pick up there is a fee and you must arrange that with the company.

The City of Corinth claimed that the new company adopted the exact same service we had with Waste Management, but as you can see they did NOT. Please join me in calling the City of Corinth and complaining. This is ridiculous!
The HOA will no longer host the Comunnity Garage Sale for the
*Lack of Resident Participation- over the last years less than 10% of the 301 residents in Meadow Oaks have participated in the semi annual garage sales.
*City of Corinth fees- The city now charges the HOA for a permit to host what they term "a community event". Up until last year the permit was free. The $75.00 fee and procedures for obtaining the permit are not justified when very few participate.
